At Christopher's Herb Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
